Ms. Bridget’s Childcare is an in-home daycare in Lakewood, OH. I specialize in care for children ages 6 weeks-6 years old. I provide a fun and safe environment for your child while encouraging cognitive, social/emotional, speech/language, and fine/gross motor development. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, your child will have plenty of activities to fill their day. We will follow a flexible schedule, in order to reach our developmental goals. This will include, circle time, art, music and indoor/outdoor play. As a mother of three, I understand how difficult it can be to leave your child in the trust of another person. I take my job as a childcare provider very seriously, and appreciate the opportunity to be able to care for your children.

Hi, I’m Bridget! I have been working with children in a professional setting for almost 15 years. Child development has always been a passion of mine. I truly enjoy watching children form their unique personalities while in my care. I started working with children when I was a teenager as a babysitter. As a Junior in Highschool, I was hired at a local daycare where I worked as an infant and preschool teacher. I eventually moved on to work as a full-time nanny, until the birth of my first daughter. Ultimately, I knew I wanted to run my own in-home daycare. With the support of my husband Nick, I was able to start this journey a few years ago. I am certified in pediatric CPR and First aid, and have completed several credit hours towards my ECED.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, sports, and spending quality time with my family. I love to be outside when the weather is nice!
