Q: How many children do you typically watch in a day?

A: I typically have up to 6 children between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years.

Q: Are meals included in our daily rate?

A: Yes! I provide meals and snacks for children over 12 months old.

Q: Do you have pets?

A: Yes, a dog named Zoya. She has limited interaction with the children. 

Q: Is your yard fully fenced in?

A: Yes, our yard is fenced in and I always keep it locked when the children are outside.

Q: How often do you clean toys?

A: Every day or as needed.

Q: What do we need to bring with our child?

A: Bottles/pacifiers for infants, and a change of clothes and a water bottle for all other ages.

Q: Do you have an open door policy?

A: Yes, but that does not mean I leave the door unlocked. For the safety of your children and myself, I keep the door locked at all times. 

Q: Do we have to pay if our child is out sick?

A: I give every family an allotted amount of discounted sick days. After those are used you will be expected to pay your regular daily rate despite attendance. 

Q: What if you are sick?

A: I rarely close due to illness, but in the event that I do, I will give as much notice as possible and you will not be charged for the day.
